Clean & comfortable with a very kind host. The unit is situated on the first floor and has a lovely wooden window opening up to the sights and sounds of the city. It is centrally located to shops and supermarkets and a walk away from lovely city parks and tourist sights. Thank you for our lovely unit, Milica !
This is not a complaint, only a fact to take note of : to reach the unit there are a few stairs : not difficult to manage, but still something to take into account. Finding the parking took us a while, but once settled we could walk around the area and didn't even use our car for the stay in Niksic as Buba Palace is so central !

Generally everything - host, location, shower, tv, internet, air conditioning. If you leave the window open you can hear birds all the time. Mosquito net is in place.
Flooring creaked. Good possibility of waking up your roommates if you need to get up at night.
