The property was perfectly located across the street from the beach, with a very short walk to the beach access. Publix is right next door which is super convenient. The unit is beautifully updated! They had everything you would need including chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, toys, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Most units you have to bring or supply your own products. It was really nice not having to worry about getting extra supplies. The beds were comfy. And the sunset views from the balcony were perfection!
Also it was incredibly easy to communicate with the owners via the booking.com app. We had a couple of issues that we were able to let them know about and they responded quickly.
The only reason I didn’t give this a 10 is because of the pool and building management. The pool is really nice but it wasn’t cleaned the entire week we were there. One day the county inspector came by and closed it because the pool had no chlorine.
Also, the pool gate handle got broken and there was no one on the property to inform that there was an issue.
I was able to communicate with the owner about the pool cleanliness, and they were able to contact building management but the pool was still not cleaned the next day.

Close to beach and Publix grocery. Nice pool. Plenty of inside parking. Room was very nice and clean, with lots of spare towels.
No keys, so we had to write down or memorize pass codes. Not enough toilet paper.

The location was perfect - close enough to everything on Gulf Blvd. while being quiet. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and easier to share than many of the others in the area. The balcony is spacious and the kitchen and living area are as well - giving you the home away from home feel.
The master bedroom windows go to the hallway, which makes sense due to being an internal side - but made us chuckle for a minute when we noticed it.
