The Space:
This 5th-floor, two-bedroom condo features a huge private balcony overlooking the Gulf from which you can savor a morning cup of coffee or dine alfresco while enjoying spectacular sunsets. This homey vacation gem is cheerfully decorated and has views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. The spacious floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating. It also has a high top table making it a perfect spot for a large gathering. The living area boasts a large sectional, oversized club chair, and a wonderful flatscreen TV. Both bathrooms feature updated granite countertops and décor. At night, rest easy in the two comfortable bedrooms.
Treasure Island beach in particular is one of the widest beaches in the area with gorgeous white sugar sand and great swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. Beach access is just across the street in the sister property of Palms, the Seahorse Cottages and Beach Oasis. The property offers ultimate convenience right on the Intracoastal and just steps away from the Gulf. Groceries stores, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The property is also less than two miles south of John's Pass with restaurants, shops, bars, and all types of water sports rentals. Treasure Island is also home to the Treasure Island Beach Trail which was revamped in 2013. This almost mile-long paved walkway along the east side of the beach is perfect for walking, running, skateboarding, roller-blading, and biking.

5 star location! Across from the beach, next to Publix, and walkable to some restaurants/bars. The unit was much bigger than I expected! Very spacious. Beach chairs were provided - but definitely need updated. Only 2 beach chairs that were very very old and 2 camping-like chairs. The umbrella was broken. Better than nothing but would recommend replacing. Quick response when the AC broke and they came out and fixed it quickly. Would stay here again for location!

Condo was beautiful! The view of the Marina and ocean was the highlight of the place. Condo very spacious. Many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Beach access was great! Place was very clean and had all the starting essentials needed. Kitchen was beautiful! Beds were comfortable!
Check in was less than delightful. Keypad didn’t work. Took 30 minutes and a phone call to vacasa and ended up figuring it out ourselves. Wasn’t told the pool code and no parking permits given. Elevator was shut down for 3 hours while we were trying to get all of our stuff up. Only number we had was vacasa. No contact information for the owners which would have been beneficial.
Overall stay was amazing. Just a terrible check in day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Just took awhile to get situated. We stayed for a week and a half and wish it was longer.
