We had a great time, condo was the perfect location. The only downfall was the third bedroom really hot and all of the mattresses need replaced, especially the Master. It was a great time for sure and the minor issue was not enough to keep us from staying there in the future.

Views were awesome. Location was wonderful. Beach access right across the street and Publix grocery and an ice cream shop directly beside the building was so convenient! Parking was ample and the pool and fishing dock were added bonuses. The owners have additional beach supplies and box fans available, which was much appreciated. There was plenty of glassware, coffee cups, dishes, and pots and pans for our family of six. The unit was spacious and had plenty of seating. The washer and dryer worked great. The cleaning crew could definitely step up their game, especially in the kitchen area. The counters needed a scrub down and numerous dishes were dirty. The refrigerator could use a wipe down and didn’t cool super great. The third bedroom did not have a TV and the lighting was not great, but the room has the best views as the other two bedrooms don’t have windows. The elevator was really slow, so be prepared. The unit door does not automatically lock when you leave, so take extra precaution to lock it. This was mentioned in the information sent to the renter ahead of time though. We swept the unit every single day. A larger broom or a dust type broom would be a great addition to the cleaning closet and a slightly larger trash can for a unit that sleeps six would be nice. Overall we thought the unit was great and would recommend it.

Location is perfect! Cleanliness, however, was definitely lacking. Floors were filthy also found food like a chicken bone out on the balcony that was left from previous guests, and found a couple of live cockroachesZ
