the best facilities I've ever seen in a self catering apartment it would be quicker to list what they don't supply the owners couldn't have been nicer or more helpful

Quirky place, very well equipped, very clean. It has a nice garden area, although due to the weather I didn't get to take much advantage of it. Beautiful quiet location, but handy for Buxton. Everything was spot on. The owners were helpful and hospitable. Very extensive welcome pack, they were there to greet us, even made us a cuppa when we arrived. There is a small cafe opposite. Beautiful part of the world, one of my favourites.

The wifi was very poor. The local bus service is very limited so you need transport. The accommodation isn't suitable for anyone with more than a mild disability. The flat is on the first floor so in addition to the outside steps in the photo there is another flight in the building, partially equipped with a handrail. There is also a large step down into the lounge kitchen. The hosts went to monumental efforts to make sure my friend was comfortable so we still had a great stay, but I wouldn't have booked it with this particular friend in tow if I had known.

Location was perfect, lovely and quiet. Good base for travelling round. Accommodation was lovely. Everything was catered for, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you
