Our recently updated Lewes duplex home is the perfect place to getaway with your family and friends! It's located east of Coastal Highway and only a few short minutes from Historic downtown, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen, and around the corner from the Lewes-Georgetown trails. Our home has everything you're looking for at an affordable price point.
There’s enough space for 5 adults to getaway to enjoy, relax, and maybe even work remotely in this coastal-decorated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home.
Ample parking available for three cars in rear driveway only off Woodland Ave.
Unit access through rear entrance.

- Access the Georgetown-Lewes bike trail (~0. 3 mile) and ride to Cape Henlopen State Park (~4 miles) or pedal around on the Georgetown-Lewes Trail
- Shop local at nearby shops or nearby Tanger Outlets on Route 1
- Drive to Rehoboth Beach and visit the boardwalk (~ 6 miles) or take a ride on your bike on the Junction-Breakwater Trail (~30 mins)

A comfortable house in a centrally location area, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely new bathrooms and kitchen with amenities. Very responsive host next door. Our family enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
