New Listing close to downtown Lewes with updated amenities and furnishings!
The ground level features and open living and dining area with adjacent kitchen. Relax on the patio which is accessible from the living room.
The second floor has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and the top floor has a loft bedroom.
Close to the new bike trail for easy access to downtown Lewes or an exploration of points west of the city.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

The rental fit our needs very well. It had a great location and plenty of space for our family - 2 grandparents, 2 daughters, 2 grandchildren, and a son-in-law.It was very clean and well laid out, with plenty of parking

The attached 3-story home was precisely what we were looking for for 2 grandparents, daughter/son-in-law, a 6-year-old and a 2-year-old. It was modern, in great condition, quiet, very well laid out, and very attractively decorated. We appreciated having two bedrooms with 2 full baths on the second floor, plus a loft with 2 single beds when kids or parents needed a break. The location was excellent making it easy to go into town, to the state park, and to shops along Route 1.

There was a small piece of broken glass under the chair near the couch. One of the guests stepped on it and cut their foot. There were wasps in the shed and another guest got stung. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Wonderful. A bright, clean, uncluttered but cheerful residence with convenience to shopping, and the beauty and charm of Lewes. The owner left a welcoming basket of goodies which we appreciated and enjoyed.
