Nice apartment in good location with a helpful host.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from center and restaurants. Spacious parking in the shade in the garden. Nice new and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2 terraces. Excellent communicator (in English) and very helpful host. Very clean and nice beaches in Kamenjak (few km's away though).

Air condition could be a bit stronger.

Superb

The apartment is newly renovated and it is located in the centre of Premantura village within close distance of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee bars, and many other cozy places. The placement of the 1st floor gives a chance for a panoramic see view but for that, you need to look through the tree at the entrance :) the first beach is close to the house ca 10 minutes by walk. the other beaches you can reach by car or by walking or by bicycle. There are plenty of beaches around the cape Kamenjak - 30 km of nice coast allow you to visit different beach each other day. Pula city is 15 minutes far by car. The apartment itself is having 2 separate bedrooms where are 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a living room, and a kitchenette. There are also nice 2 terraces surrounded by trees (one at the entrance and the second back the house). There is a fully equipped kitchenette: kettle, oven, microvan, pans, pots, toaster, tableware, dishwasher, and medium size fridge. In the living room, you will find a comfortable double sofa, tv, WiFi, and air conditioning. The bathroom is small but has all you need for a short or longer stay. The modern interior design is combining white and wood giving a very good impression and making you feel good in it. What’s most important all windows have shutters and mosquito nets. The hosts are nice and helpful. We were surprised with a nice welcoming. We can truly admit that we felt at home.

Klidné místo i když pár metrů od centra s pekárnou, obchody a restauracemi. Apartmán prostorný, čistý, vkusně zařízen, oceňuji prostornou terasu. Rádi se vrátíme 🙂

Apartement Maris - unser diesjähriger Glücksgriff!

Ein schönes Apartement in zentraler Lage und dennoch ruhig. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die 2 Terrassen - eine im Osten und eine im Westen. Damit hat man sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch am Abend einen angenehm kühlen und schattigen Aufenthaltsort zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem war Apartement Maris ein Glücksgriff!

Erholsamer und Abwechslungsreicher Urlaub

Sehr ruhig und zentral, es konnte alles zu Fuß erreicht werden. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, zwei Bäckereien, einen kleinen Supermarkt und zahlreiche Eisdielen. Ans Kap Kamenjak und seinen zahlreichen Stränden kann man nach einer kurzen Wanderung umsonst kommen, oder man beißt in den sauren Apfel und fährt wenige Minuten mit 15 ,€ Eintrittsgeld. Wir waren 11 Nächte hatten an fast jeden Tag einen anderen Strand es war Mega. Die Umgebung war völlig ruhig, unsere Vermieterin nur am Wochenende da, und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns netterweise sogar eine Kaffeemaschine besorgt.
