Die Lage ist super. Lidl 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Meerblick. Den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse. Was will man mehr. Betten sehr bequem. Wir empfehlen den Esstisch unbedingt vor dem Fenster zu platzieren. So frühstückt man direkt an der Terrasse mit Meerblick.
Das Sofa ist durchgesessen; das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße (man hört den Verkehr) morgens jeden Tag Lärm durch die Müllabfuhr. Die Markisen sind sehr einfach mit Kurbel und schwer bedienbar da alt, keine Klimaanlage, was im Winter kein Problem ist, aber im Sommer würde ich diese Wohnung nicht buchen.
