Emerald Isle Panama City Beach #1105

We liked the location and the beach front. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Upon entering the room, we noticed the couch on the bottom had stuffing coming out of one of the cushions. The closet where the washer and dryer were, was right by the front door. The closet door that closed in front of them was off track and wouldn’t stay on.. it made it hard to get in and out the front door loading and unloading . We got very hot at night and would get up out of bed to turn the air down and you couldn’t. It said that the air couldn’t be turned down until 6:30 am. , which tells me that they had it set at a higher temp at night. We love sitting on the balcony when we are not at the beach. It was very disappointing , the outdoor furniture was made of metal that was rusted. They ruined several of my beach towels from hanging them over them to dry because you can’t hang your towels over the balcony… The cushions on the couch were dry rotted from the sun and had stuffing coming out of them. The couch was very uncomfortable. 😩 and needs to be updated.
