Overall our condo was nice. Carpet and furniture could use a good cleaning. Condo could use a few items in the kitchen. No blender and no pitcher to make drinks. Location and views were beautiful. This condo is located in the quieter part of town.

Overall, it was a good property. The condo was well stocked, clean, and easy to contact management. However, they need to do some upgrades.

The stay was fine a few issues I had were as follows:Carpet was pretty dirty, bed in the beach view room was some sort of a platform which was hard to get in and out of. 2nd bedroom toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down, the living room furniture (the chairs in particular) were uncomfortable, coffee maker did not work properly meaning it never brewed the same amount of water no matter which button you picked, the palm plants on the patio were all dead, there were no beach supplies, I have stayed at several at this condo before and they have supplies for tenants, however it was different owners not RealJoy. We bought chairs and left them because we weren't going to pay the high price to rent a chair. When you fly there is no way to bring beach supplies unless you pay extra, so its cheaper to just buy stuff there and leave it. The pool was good, staff were nice. So bottom line is that I realize its a rental and gets used a lot but if I'm paying that much money everything should work, it should be clean and comfortable. Thank you for listening
