Loved the condo was near where my daugher lives and close to everything. Condo was very clean. Very close to walk to the beach.

The trim work on the floor needs to be fixed. The master bathroom only had hot water no cold,

It’s on the 23rd floor, if you don’t like heights this isn’t a good room for you! However we absolutely loved it! Great view, very nice condo! It was beautiful, it felt like home!

How good of a view the unit has to do it, the owner's parking which wasn't specified! The management company was quick to send someone to help And being super professional!

The unit itself that I was at unfortunately had pests, being the management company knew before hand that their was pests in the home, when I arrived there was 2 roach motel (traps) sitting out! After they came in and done pest control and spayed I no longer saw any!! Kudos to them!

Great location and very close to the beach with easy access. Pools and hot tub were nice for red flag days. Master bed was very comfortable, . Large dining table and comfy recliners were great. View is amazing and balcony is very large.

Sofa sleeper was not comfortable and 2nd bedroom had sand in the sheets. No toilet paper in either bathroom. We texted cleaning cell number and were told that they no longer cleaned for this room. Called Vacasa and was told they would get this fixed....but never happened. They did credit our account after day 2. This is party of the risk with this type of rental. You basically get what is there and if there are any issues you are on your own. Toilet paper holder was broken in 2nd bathroom as well. Coffee maker had black mold in water reservoir and filter and coffee grounds in pod holder.
