Veteran owned, 14th floor, fully remodeled in 2024 with new furnishings throughout. This is not a typical rental property, it’s the owner’s part time home with many upgrades for an enjoyable stay! Plus front row beach chairs & umbrella included!
Gulf front living room with new leather furniture and 2 recliners plus a new 70” smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen for evening meals on the balcony, new fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, new microwave, new dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, enjoy your morning coffee with a regular or K cup combo coffee pot, and fast Wifi.
Gulf front Master suite with new king bed, master bath with a large walk in shower, new shower head and upgraded linens. Guest bedroom with 2 new queen beds and new bedding, smart TV. Full guest bath with tub, new shower head and upgraded linens.
Check out the size of the 10x28 foot balcony, with new furniture including 2 loungers, 2 rockers, and 6 person high top table seating, nothing on PCB compares to this balcony size!
Condo Association offers-Free gas grills, 2 pools and a large hot tub, one of the pools is heated seasonally indoor/outdoor combo. Parking is under the building with additional parking across the street with an over the street bridge. Emerald Isle Resort 14th floor, just high enough to avoid street and pool noise but still enjoy the ocean sounds and watch dolphins and stingrays swimming in the beautiful emerald waters. 2 miles west of Pier Park quiet community area but close to action when you want it.

Rental experience was great! Helen was a great manager and helped me with everything that I needed. The condo is very nice and has everything you need to get started. They also have board games and books if you happen to forget yours for a nice beach read. They are actually up to date books that are great. The balcony is nice and has enough room for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together. Beds are comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The resort itself is great. They are strict on the pool closing time and being out on the property grounds at night- which we enjoyed because it was a sense of security. We washed and dryed all of our clothes so we returned with all clean laundry which is a major perk to have when you go on vacation. We also left a beach tent for other families to enjoy because Helen was so nice and we thought it would be appreciated in her condo. 10/10

Husband and I decided on a short getaway and we left wishing it was a longer stay ..... we always feel like we have come “ home” again when we stay here. This condo is always super clean and in tip top shape .... You don’t need to bring a single thing except your clothes! Walmart delivers quickly and efficiently. If you don’t feel like cooking there are great places within walking distance and about 2 miles down the road is a great little outdoor shopping center and the pier. We love sitting under the umbrella ( comes with condo) on the beach and can’t forget the absolutely wonderful oversized balcony where we enjoy morning coffee... lunch .... Dinner and just about all our evening until bedtime ..will be back again !
