Soho 22 Serviced Apartments

Excellent location for what we needed, really good size and super clean!

It does get hot, but they had a fan available which helped ☺️

It was easy to find and enter the Apartment. The apartment is right in the middle of a lot of Pubs and restaurants. The Apartment was in the basement, super clean, enough space for 2 persons, enough wall plugs for energy, a nespresso machine and fully equipped kitchen. Since we were in the middle of the party zone, it is sometimes a bit louder, but not a problem to sleep.

It was in a fantastic location. Have stayed in a few apartments in this building and the location cannot be beaten. The apartment was, as are the others, exceptionally clean and well appointed.

The lack of air conditioning makes things unbearable for sleeping, or for using the apartment during the day. There is a fan which is useless. Many other reviews have replies stating that mobile air conditioning units are available to hire but this just doesn’t cut it! This apartment should either have a suitable mobile AC as standard or air conditioning. There is an external door to a small terrace but it houses AC units, presumably for other apartments, so the heat outside on this terrace is also unbearable. I have cancelled subsequent reservations due to this issue. Didn’t experience any external noise but the noise from within the building (people coming and going) and the front door was very annoying. They need to install a soft closer on this door. Additionally, cleaners and other staff were talking constantly outside the apartment doors meaning this echoed throughout the building. Shelves in the bathroom would be useful for toiletries in the shower. The water pressure is terrible. I think the basement apartment is just a bad choice.
