3A Soho Studios 3rd floor by Indigo Flats

La ubicación es extraordinaria, a un paso de todo, el equipamiento completo aunque no lo hayamos usado, la comodidad de entrada y salida con código que evita el uso de llaves. La propiedad ha contactado en varias ocasiones para darnos indicaciones de la llegada ( absolutamente perfectas) y la salida y ha contestado con prontitud cuando hemos solicitado cualquier tipo de información.

La calle es muy concurrida por la noche, discotecas, bares, hay doble acristalamiento pero no es suficiente y por eso no la aconsejo para quien busque tranquilidad. Las toallas de ducha son demasiado pequeñas, y una de las persianas estaba rota. Pero son detalles de muy poca importancia.

Great location for proximity to theatres, tube stations, bars, restaurants, Oxford street shopping. An easy walk to Trafalgar Square and surrounding sites.

My apartment faced the street so a lot of bar noise. That didn’t bother me so much as the construction noise immediately outside my window in the morning. It would have been good to know about that in advance. A few of the stick down floor boards are loose and it’s a bit sharp on bare feet.

Location was amazing, for accessing the city, bars, restos, cafés and other amenities by foot. Flat was decently equipped for our needs. Check in and check out was easy. Detailed information provided by management/owners.

Extremely loud nightclub and street noise, so if you're a light sleeper, this definitely is not a great option - you'll need ear plugs. Firedoor between flat and hallway also slams very loudly when neighbors go in and out. Floor in kitchen is in disrepair, with multiple pieces of floor peeled apart from the subfloor. Those should be glued down properly, rather than tacking them down with finishing nails like other parts of the flooring where previous repairs were attempted. Finishing nails in those parts should also be tacked down further, as they snag on socks in some places.
