Beach House #302A

Loved being right on the beach. The location was excellent.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the condo or the property.

Close to the water, ocean view out the living room

Lack of communication from condo management. Tried checking in early after I calls and they said we could, spent almost an hour outside the condo room waiting for someone (talked to 4 different people) to help me move the phone get a code to work. I was told by 3 different people the location manager was in their way, then the last person I talked to was the supposed manager of the department who handles these calls over the phone and he said the manager wasn’t in their way and I’d have to the with home to r same things I did with the other 3 people to get the code to work . He finally got a key code to work and we got in, but he was not politely not understanding, rude and that whole trying to check in early and the lack of proper customer service made the beginning of the trip horrible. Also, there is no one there to talk to to get more trash bags or toilet paper or things like that. Also the 9am check out time was not told in any email I got except the one the day of that said we had to check out by 9am which is crazy. Also, not one to report maintenance issues. No one explained the beach chair usage to us and we found out the hard way by someone who reserved a chair we were sitting in and had to move. A TOn of things were parking in the communication area between southern rentals and the consumer, also the lack of telling us we needed to get a parking pass, found that out the hard way too when we got a warning in our car rental that we needed one. Southern vacation rentals, you need to do a better job at communicating every important detail to the nd consumer and make it easier to get a hold of someone to get extra toilet paper, make complaints to and such. So no, not a great experience, only thing that saved part of this vacation as the fact it was right in the ocean

Location was amazing. Stunning view, easy access to the beach. Roomy condo. Very clean.

The pool wasn't heated and they led us to believe it would be. Very poor water pressure in one of the bathrooms. One of the bedroom TV s wouldn't connect to the Dish Network. Only supplies were tiny amount of kitchen sink supplies like a dishwasher pod and sponge and a tiny pack of dish soap. It just didn't feel very welcoming or homey. And we would have liked to have had a keurig type coffee maker. The pan we used for cooking eggs was very scratched up and not good.
