Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I have stayed at Beach House for years and this was by far the best unit I’ve ever stayed in! Super clean and beautifully decorated. There were 5 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Fabulous updated kitchen with free-standing ice maker. Sofa on balcony, plus table and chairs. We had an issue with a/c (our fault) and garbage disposal that were quickly and easily resolved over the phone. Will definitely try to get this unit again!

The condo was very nice. Only complaint is the cleaning brew could have done better. Washer and dryer needed to be cleaned, shower in master drained very slowly. We discovered the last day there that there was a basket under the drain bar and it was clogged with hair. My husband cleaned it. That should have been cleaned before our stay. Also there was someone’s sock behind the night stand on the left side of master bed. But overall a pretty condo and very well decorated.
