This beautiful beachfront home away from home has a warm and inviting beach cottage feel with a large private sixth-floor balcony for an amazing Gulf-front view. The large accommodating kitchen with white cabinets, plenty of counter space, Keurig and conventional coffee makers, and extra bright lighting has everything needed to make your favorite beach vacation meals. The breakfast bar has three bar stools for fun gatherings. The living room features comfortable bright furnishings with a loveseat, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a 50” Vizio SMART TV (cable, live TV, and full streaming), a DVD player, and a CD stereo sound system. The mirrored wall in the living room gives an added feel of extra spaciousness to the entire condo. The main bedroom has a king Beautyrest Pressure Smart mattress, plantation shutters, 32” SMART TV, and new LVP flooring, creating a soft, serene atmosphere. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a casual beach cottage feel, plantation shutters, light comfortable bedding, 32” SMART TV, and new LVP flooring. Both bedrooms have generously-sized closets and bedside charging stations with standard plugs and USB and type C ports. The condo has in-unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, and ice maker. Two full bathrooms have hand-held convenience shower heads, extra bright lighting over sinks and tubs, and modern elongated higher-profile Kohler toilets for added comfort and convenience. The dining table seats six, and on the balcony you'll find 4 bar-high Carolina Casual OBX luxury chairs in beautiful turquoise where you can enjoy listening to the waves while sipping your favorite beverage.
