Terrace is amazing very secure central

Nos gustó mucho la villa, muy espaciosa, bien ubicada y el trato tanto con las limpiadoras como con Jose fue excelente.

La ubicación era muy buena, Mercadona a dos minutos andando, la piscina muy cómoda y tranquila. Todo limpio amplio y cómodo para un gran grupo. Repetiría sin pensarlo. Dos plazas de garaje, todo genial

Nada que comentar

All in all, the apartment is modern and spacious. The terrace is very big, it could be used much better than it is with some more furniture, flowers, decorations. The common areas (pool, garden, relaxation area) are very well kept. It is in a less touristy and more authentic part of Marbella, but not far from the city center. We would’ve preferred to be even closer to the city center or Puerto Banús, but this is a matter of personal preference

• Layout of the apartment could be better. Especially the bathrooms were disappointing: one very small, with no window and bed air circulation; the one in the master room is literally in the bedroom, without even a door to separate the toilet and shower from the bedroom itself. No privacy at all. • we were provided only one set of keys. This is not very practical for seven people. We asked multiple times for a second set, customer service said they would look into it, but never did. • there were at least 2 cameras in the apartment. we were never asked for consent for being taped (!). • It is mentioned in the guide than we would get coffee capsules for the first breakfast in the welcome pack. But there was no welcome pack at all. • Mini shower gel/shampoo/soap sufficient only for a couple of days Max • Only 4 toilet paper rolls for 7 people for a whole week…! • No garbage bags • Central air conditioning: same temperature in all the rooms. • No TV subscription, limited choice of channels. none for the World Cup. • Blinking light in the master bedroom, an electrician had to come and fix it (at least customer service was responsive about this one issue) • Stain on the couch • Dirty mat to outdoor and the small garden in the Terrace • Diswasher did not work properly, we had to fix it twice • customer service was very patchy, not to say poor. The lady who handed us the keys on arrival didn’t speak a single word of English, only Spanish, and said she could not answer any of our questions because she was “only there to provide the keys, nothing else”. She also arrived later than agreed. Then we contacted the agency, GuestReady Spain. They did not pick up the phone, but they were quite responsive via WhatsApp, for example, they sent an electrician to fix the light. However, they never got back to us on a second set of keys and other issues.
