Albufeira Sol Villas III by Stay ici

Villa was perfect had everything we needed and location was perfect no hills and everything within walking distance and the ladies at reception in the hotel were so helpful especially when we wanted to go shopping they advised us on the best shopping centers.

Very little the place was great but if I had to pick something the cups in the villa are tiny needs bigger cups and the fumes from the toilets came back up but I think it's just the heat but you could get over that

Pleasant stay in a nice area

We travelled with our parents who have difficulty walking far and when we asked at reception could we access the pool area from the side gate beside the pool they said no although the gate in the villa next door was open, also it was so dark walking down to the villa at night as there is no outside lighting.

Yo tenia q dejar un deposito de 500 euros en tarjeta. Aun estoy esperando q me lo devuelvan. No hay nada malo realmente. Solo era una preocupacion esto

Location, Clean

Staff - Started negatively and got worse. We were a bunch of 6 guys celebrating a 40th. Our partying days are over. Yet, still subjected to a meeting with the general manager upon check in. He openly admitted to ‘profiling’ us and proceeded to give a lecture about acceptable behaviour. Asking anything from the staff on reception was a major chore. They seemed loathed to help, as though it was putting them out. We requested an iron on day one. Didn’t receive till day 3. Spa lady seemed pleasant enough till she asked where we were ‘really from’. Explained that our parents originated in India to which she then explained how their were too many Indians in Portugal and part of the mafia! Absolutely nuts. A great way to welcome your guests. Trying to order a drink from the bar as we were not all inclusive was painful. Depending on who you spoke to came a different response. Either possible, not possible, pay by cash only, can put it on room. Very difficult.
