Penthouse with Pool View in Albufeira by Lovelystay

Overall, the apartment size and space was fantastic. For 6 people, having a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment of that size was awesome. The outdoor pool facilities are fantastic too. The bathrooms are also a great size - nothing is too cramped!

Unfortunately the maintenance of the property and equally the hosts could do with some upkeep. - The elevator wasn't working (spoke to others in the property and were told it hadn't been working for weeks!) - this apartment is the penthouse! - Bathrooms and bedrooms that had lights that didn't work / have obviously blown and not been replaced - Beds have 1 pillow per person, and we had to ask (felt like begging!) for extra pillow cases to be able to use the pillows in the wardrobes - there's enough, they just didn't leave pillow cases - Kettle doesn't work - This property states they provide linen and towels, however they DON'T provide pool towels. Nowhere is this stated and you would assume if there's a pool and they say they provide towels then they would provide this... All of this was raised with the host via WhatsApp. They brought more pillowcases, but everything else felt like we were the issue!
