The reception staff were not overly helpful when we wanted to get our garden gate open, but we did eventually get sorted.

Great accommodation for a family with grown up children with easy access to restaurants, shops and the beach. A lot of activities within and away from the property.

A bit too far from the airport and we had drainage problems with the downstairs shower which improved slightly after the hotel staff attended to it.

I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel and villa. 1.Swimming pool - The pool area was lovely and very family-friendly, with smaller pools for children. My younger siblings and I especially enjoyed the activities around the pool, including dancing and aqua aerobics. 2. The villa - The villa was beautiful and had a nice holiday atmosphere. I loved having a balcony and a small private garden. It was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. 3. Location - The hotel is conveniently located. Although we didn’t use it, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from the beach. There are several good restaurants nearby—I especially recommend trying the Mexican restaurant. Supermarkets are only a two-to-seven-minute walk from the hotel. Tourist shops, pharmacy, bars, and nightclubs are also nearby. I don’t personally go to nightclubs, but this may be useful information for guests who enjoy the nightlife! Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable family stay.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that disappointed us: 1. Reception and customer service : • When we arrived, many guests were waiting to check in, check out, or ask questions, but only one receptionist was available. As a result, the wait was quite long. • We were also unexpectedly asked to pay a €500 deposit before entering the villa. This requirement had not been mentioned in the booking information available to us at the time, which led to a heated disagreement. It appears that this information has since been added to the booking conditions. • The reception staff also seemed poorly informed about the hotel’s services and charges. Whenever I asked whether something was complimentary or required an additional payment—such as access to the indoor pool or the tea and sugar in the villa—the receptionist had to call someone else for an answer. Staff should be properly trained and able to clearly explain the hotel’s facilities, policies, and fees. • This issue was not limited to reception. When I asked members of the restaurant staff where the spa was, no one knew and I was directed back to reception—only to discover that the spa was directly opposite the restaurant. 2. Cleanliness and housekeeping : We stayed in the villa for four days and three nights, but no one came to clean it, empty the bins, or replace our towels. Our rubbish began to pile up, so we placed it outside when we saw members of the cleaning staff nearby. Unfortunately, it was left at our front door. 3. Additional fees Many facilities and services required additional payment. Considering how much we had already paid, it was disappointing to be charged extra for access to the spa and sauna. Charges such as massages are understandable, but all other fees should be clearly disclosed before booking. 4. The gym The gym was small, narrow, and crowded. Guests had to wait for equipment, and there was not enough personal space to exercise comfortably.
