Das Haus selbst ist gepflegt. Wohnung war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer Seitenstraße und zur Selliner Seebrücke war es ein 10 minütiger Spaziergang. Somit war man nach nur ein paar Schritten auf der Shoppingmeile in der es auf reichlich gute Restaurants gibt. Ein Parkplatz gibt direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und einen hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
Defekte Duschkabine und ein Rollladen der sich arretieren ließ. Der Gemeinschaftsgrill war aufgrund seiner Verschmutzung nicht benutzbar. Terrasse war nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sondern lag seitlich vom Haus und es gab keine Sonnenliegen.
