Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage (gute Verkehrsanbindung, Einkaufsgelegenheiten in der fußläufigen Nähe, ruhige Umgebung). Umfangreiche Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Es wäre gut, wenn es eine persönliche Übergabe gibt, denn so Manches ist erklärungsbedürftig. Die Erklärung liefert eine blaue Mappe, sie liegt in der Küche. Dort ist beschrieben, wo ein zweiter Schlüsselsatz ist und wie man zur PKW-Garage kommt. Für andere Besucher: Bitte dort unbedingt reinschauen, das macht einiges leichter. Die Transponder für die Aussentür verlangen ein bisschen Geduld, aber irgendwann funktioniert er schon. Sonst ist aber alles toll.

Ruhige Lage, Privatsphäre, unkomplizierte Checkin-/Checkout-Abwicklung, Einkaufen und Essen in der Nähe. Der obere Stock mit eigener Dusche ist ein Teenager-Traum. Tolles Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen.
Die Wohnung nebenan wird renoviert >> lauter Baulärm ab 08:30. Wir waren aber meist unterwegs. Trotzdem wussten wir nichts davon. Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr eng und das mittige Geländer wackelt stark. Die Toilette ist so eng, dass ein Erwachsener kaum aufstehen kann bei geschlossener Tür In der Dusche ist ein sehr unangenehmer Abwasserkanal-Geruch; die automatische Ventilation, die mit dem Licht einsetzt, verstärkt diesen Geruch noch mehr. Da müsste man unbedingt etwas unternehmen.

Наполнение кухни очень порадовало! Было больше, чем необходимо. Бытовой химии было тоже предостаточно. Белая постель и приятные белые полотенца.
