Excellent location for transport (Queensway/Bayswater tubes around the corner) and much shorter walk to Paddington than originally thought. Sainsburys and M&S around the corner along with a variety of good restaurants (e.g. Chinese/Malaysian/Brazilian/Italian/Med/fast food). The apartment owner was very thoughtful in providing little useful things. (Two USB ports next to bed and also in lounge). Glasses were also better quality than usual. Smart TV. Check-in and out is self so very smooth. Help desk is responsive.
For peace of mind, would like a safe which can fit a laptop.
