Emerenziana Lovely Apartment

Le stanze sono spaziose, tutto pulito, c'è anche un balcone, aria condizionata e TV.

Abbiamo avuto solo un asciugamani per la doccia e uno per le mani a testa per 3 notti, nemmeno quello del bidè. Non è un albergo indubbiamente, ma a mio parere andrebbero cambiati più spesso o ne andrebbero dati di più. In generale lo staff che ci ha accolti è stato molto gentile mentre ho riscontrato poca disponibilità nella proprietaria della casa. Sottolineo però che le mie erano piccole richieste in più che non sono state accolte.

The location is very convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, several metro stations, and a train station with connections to the airport. The city center is a walk away (about 40 minutes). The owner met us at the apartment exactly on time and handed us the keys and instructions. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the apartment is very audible. It's quiet at night, but if you like to sleep in until noon, keep in mind that there's a church bell right outside the window, and underneath it is a playground where children play and have fun. You can also hear your neighbors, and when people go out into the hallway, it feels like they're right in the apartment. I don't think this can be fixed; it's a characteristic of the location and construction of the house. We have no complaints about this, but perhaps someone wants to know. I would also replace the pillows in the bedroom, we used sofa cushions to make it comfortable to sleep.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla fermata metro.

The location is perfect, near the metro, supermarket and some pizza places, all you need is really close, it’s clean, beautiful, fully equipped, it’s quiet and the air conditioner works great at summer.

The lift to the apartment is very small and the ride to the 6th floor takes ages, that is very uncomfortable especially during summer when it’s really hot in the building; the regulation of the temperature of water works poorly
