TOUT ! très bel appartement ! Très bien équipé et très bien décoré. Très bien situé. L'hôte est au top et disponible. Il a accepté notre réservation de dernière minute à 20h30 pour une arrivée à 21h suite à une réservation qui a mal tourné. Appartement calme et quartier très agréable. Supermarché et petit commerces à proximité. De la place pour se garer en voiture. Je recommande vraiment.

Il quartiere, la vicinanza alla metro (Libia), la disposizione delle stanze, la vista, il balconcino (che in primavera e in estate deve essere davvero godibile) sono tutte cose belle. Ho apprezzato anche la chiarezza dei messaggi per il gas, l'acqua calda, la differenziata. Host disponibili e gentili.
Migliorerei la manutenzione (interruttore all'ingresso, tenda doccia, bruttina la porta a soffietto), cambierei la posizione del microonde ... e in generale, basterebbe poco per rendere più accogliente un appartamento che ha potenzialità.
