Experience the best of Elk Grove! Amazing back yard with unique solar lights decoration for holidays, swing egg lounge chairs perfect for hanging out. Our New home is only within 5 minutes’ walk to Walmart, McDonald's, famous milk tea shop etc. and 5 minutes’ drive to Costco, Kaiser and various restaurants. The 4-bedrooms, 2-bathroom are all on first floor, perfect to Kids and elders! The 2nd floor has a treadmill, the projection equipment and a sleeper sofa.We provide Netflix account!

It was very nice, very clean, a very quiet neighborhood. We were a little disappointed in some minor things: The house slept 10, but there were only 7 forks, etc. and only seating for 7 around the table. We were hoping to have our family who live there over for takeout food one day, but were not able to do that because of the seating, etc. Supposedly coffee and tea were provided, but there was no coffee. Since there were towels, we expected to find washcloths, but there were none.

Lots of space, beautiful master suite, clear instructions - though nothing about the dishwasher...we figured it out. Our three-generation group of 4 adults found it very warm and comfortable. Made visiting with other relatives in Elk Grove an easy affair. Thanks!

The house is spacious and clean. We enjoyed staying there. The drawback is the touted back yard where almost all the plants were brown and dead. As long as you aren't looking for an outside experience the place is great.

Attended a wedding in Hood this house accommodates families well and made venue and other activities convenient. Owners extremely communicative and very responsive. Home is set up to sleep a good number of people. Back patio and yard area is small, we thought from photos it would be larger. Many nice parks nearby.

I definitely give the property credit for communicating well. At first we were told we would have to check in after 5pm but i guess once they got it cleaned up they updated us with an earlier check in time which was amazing!! The house is cute but needs a little more tlc. The locatio

This was the worst experience we've ever had with a short term rental. Communication: The host took days to respond to questions before arrival and never gave complete answers. The worst communication gaffe was that the entry information received shortly before arrival didn't include the actual numbers to enter on the code pad, and the host did not respond to our urgent request for the code. We arrived late at night, exhausted from a full day of travel, couldn't enter the property, and couldn't reach the host. We wondered if we had been scammed. My husband decided to check other doors and found the side garage door unlocked. We reluctantly entered the unsecured home that way because it was nearly midnight and we had nowhere else to stay. The host did not reply until the following afternoon. A/C issues: Our stay was during extreme heat conditions and the home was 94 degrees F when we arrived. It eventually cooled down but had some other issues. Amenities: A number of promised amenities were not provided, most notably TV channels, blow dryer, kitchen towels and cloths. Cleanliness: Obvious areas were cleaned, but less obvious things were covered with dust, ie: fans, blinds, garbage under bed, etc. There were no dish cloths or towels (only paper towels) and a disgusting sponge was left at the sink. Comfort: the master bed was comfortable, but the other 3 beds were hard. The host eventually replied and corrected some issues, but it didn't make up for the disastrous beginning.

The location was conveniently central to a great variety of restaurants, wineries, and shopping. We especially enjoyed the Adkins Family Winery and their Bourbon burger with bacon and onion jam!

Me and my family recently stood at Mrs. Julia's home . We absolutely loved our stay and truly appreciated the cleanliness. The home was very close to stores , the neighborhood was quiet. We absolutely loved the projector room feature to watch movies. Me and my family truly loved our stay and look forward to returning. We highly recommend Mrs. Julia's home. We were looking for a big enough place to accommodate our family for our family as we were visiting for a funeral and this was the perfect place. It was spacious, clean and very inviting. The neighborhood was very quite and just what we needed during this difficult time. The property owner was very responsive and check in was a breeze. I would recommend.

The house was nice and clean. We found out they did not have a blender, the toaster, can opener and fridge water dispenser did not work; however they gave us a $50.00 credit to purchase bottle water. The credit has not posted in the bank as of today. Fortunately, we had relatives there and we borrowed from them what we needed. I think the back yard needs a little work, the plants needed water. Julia the manager was very available.

We came to town for a wedding. This hone was perfect for our large family. Kids loved the loft. We brought air beds for the kids to sleep in the loft area. There is a futon up there but for multiple children bring some air beds. If the projetor upstairs doesnt work, trade the remote for the downstairs one( they might be mixed up).

Overall, the accommodations at this rental house was nearly perfect and I would highly recommend it for a multiday stay for up to 4 couples without any hesitation. Understated yet beautiful interiors, firm beds (a preference among all in my party, thankfully), spacious kitchen, and nice rear patio/yard area were plusses. The host also provided complimentary toiletries and basic kitchen starters (i.e. cooking oil, spices, teas, sugar, etc.) that go a long way in terms of planning how you pack for your trip. The loft was a hit among the toddlers who commandeered it as their playroom, and the treadmill there allowed a few family members to get their steps in anytime without needing to do so under the Sacramento sun. Wi-Fi was also quite robust and handled all of our devices seamlessly. The house was also very clean, and appeared at once lived-in and very welcoming to guests. My only recommendation is to wet-mop the hardwood floors upon arrival as it was a bit dusty while walking around barefoot. (Or just wear socks/indoor slippers while inside.) I would definitely stay at this house again should our future travels in the Sacramento/Elk Grover area require multifamily rental accommodations.

Everything about this house is nice and cool. The trees in the backyard need trimming because with the wind, the branches rubbed against the wall. Also, the backyard needs a little care. The door to the master bedroom creaked so badly. Please consider putting some WD-40 to all door jambs. Thanks.

The outside of the house doesn't do any justice to this beautiful home... Our host Julia was absolutely amazing!!!! The house is gorgeous, spacious, and close to everything the park, Walmart, places to eat, etc...We fell in love with the house; beds were so comfortable. Julia thought of everything you would need as a guest. This place comes highly recommend the neighborhood is quite I didn't want to leave. If your looking for a house that accommodates your family or friends with a lot of space book with Julia she's amazing and her house is soooooo worth it! I will book with her everytime I visit Elk Grove.
