Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom 3-bath in Elk Grove! Located in the safe 95757 area, our property offers suburban tranquility just 20 minutes from Sacramento. We are only 20 miles (26 minutes) from UC Davis. Enjoy easy access to major highways, shopping centers, restaurants and parks. We are only 9 minutes away from the Sky River Casino. This family-friendly space includes a crib for infants, making it perfect for guests traveling with babies.

This home was perfect for what we needed in Elk Grove for a wedding we were attending in the area. Enough bedrooms for our entire family and a beautiful neighborhood close to parks and restaurants. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating to the few requests we made of her. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant.

Excellent communication and checkin process. Needs a professional cleaner. Lots of dusty base boards, shelving. Unfinished paint throughout and wires hanging out of walls in living room. Backyard was unkept and although we didn’t use it, it was not visibly pleasant. Furniture was adequate but all very low end and mismatched Minor issue with ants in kitchen.

Had a good stay. Great communication, a thoughtful basket of snacks, and everything you need in a kitchen. Beds were comfortable and was a lot of room for our group of six. Backyard was a mess (broken glass on the patio, long grass and dog messes which felt a bit misrepresneted online, and the laundry room and floors definitely need some deeper cleaning. That said, we enjoyed our stay, the home just needs a little TLC.
