- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- No visitors allowed.

- No smoking inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We are required to take out our shoes inside of the property, especially at the second floor.
- We have a Ring doorbell at the front door for security reasons.

This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and an uncontrollable situation.
