About this house rental
This vacation rental is located in the small hamlet of Lozzi, a 5-minute drive from the village of Cargèse and 2 km from the beaches of Chiuni and Péro.
The house has two bedrooms: one on the first floor overlooking the outdoor area with an en suite bathroom (two beds that can be joined together), a living/dining room on the same level with an open kitchen, and a separate restroom. Upstairs (see photo of the stairs) is the second bedroom, which features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a toilet.
Construction of the house was completed in June 2022. It is therefore a newly built home in a peaceful hamlet where the only sound you hear is the song of cicadas. The house is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi, and features a landscaped, fenced-in yard.
Its location is ideal, close to Cargèse, its shops, and beaches, as well as at the start of the road leading to Piana.
Please note: The house is designed for 4 people or 4 people plus a baby, but unfortunately, no additional guests or pets will be accepted.
Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.
CLEANING FEE: 60 euros.
