About this house rental
Very pretty Corsican stone house completely redone with sea and mountain views 2 km from the village, 1.5 km from the beach of Péro, 2 km from the beach of Chiuni, 2 km from the port. Calm assured.
This house is composed of 3 floors with reversible air conditioning including:
- 1 American kitchen with living room fully equipped (fridge, hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron, table, chairs, sofa bed + chaise, coffee table, ottoman, flat screen)
- 1 large room with 1 bed 160, 1 toilet suspended
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 which can be transformed into 180 with fitted sheet 180
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, hanging toilet
- 1 cot
- 1 small terrace with table, chairs and umbrella in front of the lower bedroom.
- 1 yard with 1 large table, chairs and umbrella at the entrance.
- 1 small flower garden
- 1 barbecue
- 1 garden furniture with coffee table
- 2 parasols
- Bed and bath linen are provided free of charge.
- Tourist taxes are offered
For lovers of hiking, the trail (all year round) Mare e Monti passes 200 meters from the house ...
Close to the creeks of Piana, Porto and the nature reserve of Scandola, Cargèse is a small well-known seaside town with 2 churches face to face overlooking the port.
This village has all the necessary amenities and offers many activities (boat rentals, jetski, scuba diving, surfboards, sea trips, quad and horseback rides, hiking). A cultural center has just opened and will welcome you all year long.
Ajaccio airport is 45 minutes away

Ange a été très aimable et super accueillant.
Nous avons pu profiter avec un couple d'amis de sa superbe maison familiale en triplex idéale pour nous (1 chambre par étage + la cuisine / salon / salle à manger au rdc). Le jardin est très agréable et la vue splendide.
La maison est très près de Cargese et d'un supermarché: idéal donc pour faire les courses, profiter des restau de la ville et se balader sur la belle plage.
N'hésitez même pas ! Je recommande fortement

Ein gemütliches Häuschen mit netten Vermietern, obwohl die Kommunikation wirklich nur mit Händen und Füssen ging. Ein Platz zum entspannen!

La location se situe dans un hameau d'accès assez difficile.
Le tour de maison et le petit jardin sont à améliorer ( pas de lumière sur la terrasse).
