A charming house ideally located in the seaside resort of Sagone in Southern Corsica, near the large sandy beaches with crystal-clear water. In summer, the water temperature is 27 degrees.
Located just past Punta di Triu, facing the sea in a 2,000-square-meter green oasis, between Sagone and Cargèse, the Greek town!
It boasts an exceptional view of the Gulf of Sagone. Sagone is an ideal destination for families or friends who love nature, Corsica, a laid-back atmosphere, and the joys of the water and the sea
- The mountains (GR20) are very close by for hiking, and the wonderful, untamed rivers will captivate you.
Here you’ll find Lake Creno, the waterfalls of the Aïtonne Forest, and more… We’re very close to the Calanches de Piano, Capo Rosso, and Porto.
In Sagone, you’ll find all the shops you need: traditional grocery stores with authentic products, supermarkets, a bakery, local fruits and vegetables, butcher shops, a pharmacy, and of course, excellent ice cream shops!
Restaurants right on the water are nearby and will introduce you to our island’s cuisine!
Corsican music concerts and outdoor movies in the summer.
Numerous sports activities: water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, tubing, stand-up paddleboarding, scuba diving, kayaking, canyoning, horseback riding.
Boat rentals.
Excursions to Porto, Girolata, the Scandola Nature Reserve, Capo Rosso.

A large part of the house was renovated in May 2023.
Large living room, dining room with fireplace.
Separate, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, dishwasher, laundry facilities, and appliances.
For coffee lovers: a brand-new De’Longhi machine with a built-in grinder, a drip coffee maker, and a toaster.
3 bedrooms: sleeps 6.
On the first floor: bedroom with a double bed.
First floor: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two 90 beds.
Air conditioning on the first floor.
Television, stereo system.
Two bathrooms.
Two toilets, one of which is separate.
A 40 m² terrace facing the ocean, where you can admire the sunset over the ocean
Barbecue with a new lid (June 2026), and a plancha.
The property features a spacious playground.
Bed linens and sheets are available for rent.
We ask for a contribution of 80 euros to cover welcome fees and cleaning costs.
June and September are very pleasant months... especially September, which enjoys the sunshine of three summer months with a water temperature of 27 degrees!
