Superb cottage located in a quiet area in the maquis with a magnificent view of the sea and the Gulf of Cargèse.
With an area of 60m2, the apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
The open kitchen will allow you to have a beautiful living space.
You will enjoy your barbecue evenings from your garden which directly overlooks the maquis and the sea
The village and its shops are less than 5mm away as are the beaches.
The apartment is classified 3 ears with the necessary equipment for your comfort, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, garden furniture with barbecue etc...
There is no doubt that your stay will go smoothly.
You have an outdoor space and a fully equipped cottage for your comfort.
on the other hand, the geographical location is ideal, close to Ajaccio, the Calanques de Piana and the Scandola reserve
but also the Restonica 2 hours away, the Aitone forest 1 hour away or the Corsican center 2 hours away
the water activities will be done from the port of Cargèse and Peru beach.
jet skiing, boat rental, parasailing, visit of the creeks and the Scandola reserve, horseback riding and bike rides etc...

This rent is ideally situated in front of the sea in the middle of nowhere.
The apartment is modern with all the necessary equipment.
The garden is magnificent with a sea view and the scrubland.
The owners are very kind and always to the small care for us.
