Set in a landscaped park of 3 hectares with swimming pool, 400 meters from the beach of Pero, air-conditioned apartment of 35 m2 on the ground floor of a small 1-storey building. housing has a double shaded terrace and a flowery garden, overlooking the sea and the Gulf of Pero. Ideal for 4 pers.
A fully equipped kitchen was installed in March 2013. Sleeps 4 pers., Or 1 sofa bed for 2 pers. in the living room. A room with 2 single beds, and the ability to bring together in one bed for 2 pers.
The 2 rooms have direct access to the double terrace and garden with sea views.
Centrally located, with pool and beach within walking distance, the nearby village, the apartment boasts one of the most beautiful views of the Gulf of Pero and Genoese tower.
Cargèse enjoys a region rich in scenery and walks. Nestled between sea, mountains and rivers, 10 minutes from the world's reserve Scandola, everything is conducive to an unforgettable vacation.

Location was as stated, easy access to beach and local town of Cargese. We were surprised there was no WIFI or kettle. Kitchen area was in need a little maintenance. Not all the lights worked and the water in bathroom sink did not get hot. If these things were put right it would be perfect.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement que nous avons loué chez Sylvie à Cargese.
L'appartement est bien localisé pour les randonnées dans les environs. Il est bien équipé et bénéficie d'une belle vue sur la plage.
Quelques bémols:
1) l'éclairage beaucoup trop faible et l'interupteur trop éloigné dans la cage d'escalier menant à l'entrée de l'appartement ainsi que l'éclairage dans la salle-de-bain
2) penser idéalement à étoffer la haie qui nous sépare
du voisin de gauche
3) penser à un fer à repasser.
et tout sera parfait

Appartement très propre et moderne. Tous les repas pris sur la belle terrasse face à la mer. Piscine très appréciable.

Bonjour,
Logement très bien équipée ustensiles de cuisine jeux de société, parasol, parapluie,
aspirateur etc...
Vue imprenable sur la plage de Cargèse.
Côté négatif,
Escalier en carrelage très glissant pour accéder à la location non précisé dans le descriptif.
Terrasse très sympa malheureusement il y a un droit de passage donc toutes les demi-heures il y a un voisin qui passe devant et en plus les locataires situé au-dessus on a une vue imprenable sur les bains de soleil très peu d'intimité 😭
Sur le contrat de location il est indiqué que la plage est à 400 m on peut rajouter le double🥵
Nous sommes venus 10 jours en octobre malheureusement ça doit être la période des travaux aussi bien dans le bâtiment où nous étions est les villas aux alentours réveil sympathique à 7h45 du lundi au vendredi
