About this house rental
Independent villa in the heart of the village with its garden and private pool. The house overlooks Pero beach with the view of the Genoese towers of Omigna, Orchinu and Capo Rosso. You are 5 minutes by car from Pero beach, 10 minutes from those of Chiuni or Ménasina and 200 meters by foot from all the shops in the village (bakery, butcher, supermarkets, tobacco / press, post office, etc.) .
The villa has 4 bedrooms.
upstairs all rooms overlook the sea view terrace you have:
1 bedroom with 160 cm bed with a bathroom (Italian shower and basin unit),
1 bedroom with bunk beds 140 downstairs and 90 upstairs
1 independent bathroom (Italian shower, vanity unit and 1 WC)
1 separate WC
The independent living room has a sofa with top of the range dunopilo mattress in 140 for daily sleeping.
The equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ...)
the dining table for 8 people (sea view)
on the ground floor
1 bedroom (facing the pool) with queen-size bed and shower room (Italian double sink shower, WC)
1 bedroom (facing the pool) with queen-size bed and shower room (Italian shower 1 basin)
All bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned and equipped with Televisions.

Deposit of 1200 euros to be returned on the day of arrival for the delivery of keys.

Ich mache es kurz, es hat uns allen (7 Personen) sehr gut gefallen. Den Blick über den Pool auf den Sonnenuntergang im Meer werden wir nicht vergessen. Ich werde das Ferienhaus sicher mal wieder buchen...

Maison exceptionnelle.Tout est parfait.Il ne manque rien .
L'endroit est magnifique.L'accueil d'halima est superbe
Le seul bémol est la montée en voiture .Il y a certes des places de parking le long de la route mais il serait utile d'améliorer l'accés à la montée
On reviendra c'est sûr
