The location
Poor security, permanent residents keep security doors open all day and night. No dishwasher

Very clean premises with all you need but be ready to be woken at 6.00am every morning with jets over your head so close you can nearly touch them and they do not stop until late at night. We also had the neighbours renovating the full four days with cement drills all day. We were not told this! If we weren’t out all day I wouldn’t have been able to stay there.

Great location and balcony.
Very dated, wouldn’t use the washing machine unless you want to damage your clothes, no cloths to clean surfaces, had to go out and buy myself.
No Wi-Fi
Kitchen utensils very out dated made it very hard to cook.
Picking the keys up for the unit can be a bit of hassle unless you have a car (luckily we did)
Could do with ceiling fans or aircon.
