Perched high on the hillside in Currumbin, The Edge is a spectacular holiday home boasting sweeping ocean views stretching from Surfers Paradise to Snapper Rocks. With its relaxed coastal style and unbeatable outlook, this spacious duplex is the perfect escape for families and friends alike.
The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and bright open-plan living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation.
Step out onto the private balcony and take in some of the best views on the coast. Enjoy your morning coffee while checking the surf, spot whales during the winter months, or gather around the outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ for laid-back alfresco meals.
Inside, the light-filled living area is beautifully styled with comfortable coastal furnishings, Smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The contemporary kitchen makes entertaining effortless, complete with quality appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee machine, SodaStream, and generous bench and storage space.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite with a walk-in shower and separate bath. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds with bifold shutters opening onto the living area.
A spacious main bathroom with walk-in shower and full laundry facilities, including washing machine and dryer, provide all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay.
For year-round comfort, The Edge is equipped with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout.
Parking includes one secure lock-up garage (maximum height 1.97m) plus an additional covered car space in front, accommodating up to two vehicles.
Just minutes from Currumbin Beach, Currumbin Alley, local cafés, restaurants, and the iconic Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, The Edge offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is approximately 15 minutes’ drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The property was lovely. Picking up the key was difficult. The key was at Coolangatta, the property was at Currumbin. Very difficult when you have no car. There was no hairdryer. These two inconveniences spoilt our holiday.

This place suited our needs for a family getaway.
Location and views are spectacular with a great coffee shop just down the hill.
The beds were very comfortable.

The property fitted our needs.
Couple of things lacking- coffee machine from Aldi so not easy to get pods !
No hairdryer.
Kitchen- lacking in staples like salt/ pepper, oil & inexpensive essential that if you are flying in are not things you would bring.
A brochure with ideas of where to eat , shop would have been so helpful.
We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location with great access to beach.
Tired house given it is relatively new.
Weeds all over front driveway didn’t look great for a first impression
Kitchen was a little grubby - oven trays were not clean. Old pair of headphones thrown on top of cupboards - tall friend could see them covered in dust. Dining Chairs needed several screws tightened - had to buy an Alen key to do this.
Fabulous view. Would go back to same area but not the same house.
