Stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment and loved it.
Great location, parking easy if you have a small car and the apartment was clean and tidy. Yes there were signs of age and sea air erosion but didn't deter from our enjoyment of staying here.
Its called Sandbox for a reason you can't help but bring sand inside, it's practically on the beach which was totally what we wanted!

Such a great spot! Very close to the beach and the apartment was perfect for the weekend.

Beach views were lovely. Good location. Could upgrade some equipment inside (toaster). Couch looked and felt dirty. One mirror in house (bathroom) is definitely not enough for a family. Couldn’t walk around with no shoes on as feet got really dirty from the industrial floors not being cleaned properly. Window dressings especially in bedrooms did not close properly.It was disappointing to hear every footstep of the persons above. People in room above finished running around at midnight. Then started running around at 4am. Not much sleep had by people in our apartment. Something definitely needs to be done with flooring above.
