They “DID NOT” Identify that the swimming pool was closed (due to storm damage 8 months ago) until after the Room Rate was paid and a Non-refundable disclosure statement was made. I filed a Complaint with the Property Manager and they sent me to the Listing Agent in California for a property in Fl. They sent me back to the Property Manager who said I needed to take it up with the Listing Agents. since I was getting the “Run-around” we went anyway because I was not going to lose my $1400.00.
You couldn’t access the beach from the condo. Stairway hadn’t been repaired. We were told the Beach next to the building beyond their property. But it was also closed so you had to carry all beach items several blocks to access a roadway to the beach.
