With a walk score of 90, this home is within steps to some of the best restaurants in Fremont, local grocery market, coffee shops and bars/breweries!
This townhome is a "Seattle-theme" home with a boho chic flair commemorating all of the beautiful characteristics Seattle is known for!
First floor features one bedroom (Queen-size bed with premium mattress, cooling memory foam and down pillows, luxury Brooklinen sheets) and full bathroom stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.
Second floor features the main living area including a fully loaded kitchen, dining area, and entertainment space with 65" Samsung Smart TV (all streaming services available with your login). Enjoy cooking a meal, playing board games or lounging in the convertible velvet chair by the floor-to-ceiling windows!
--Sofa also turns into a queen bed (please let me know ahead of your reservation if you'd like the team to have this already pulled out upon your arrival).
--Kitchen includes both a Nespresso and Coffee Maker. All of the coffee beans are sourced from local coffee shops in the neighborhood (even use their diner mug available to match!)
Third floor features the entire Primary Suite (King-size bed with premium mattress, cooling memory foam and down pillows, and luxury Brooklinen sheets), ensuite bathroom and laundry. Very lovely, super comfortable, modern and clean unit. Extremely comfortable beds! The kitchen is very well equipped. Roof top has stunning views of Seattle and mountain ranges. Easy short walk (less than a mile) to Downton Freemont and amazing coffee shops.

Jessica is the ultimate hostess. She literally thought of evening in this townhouse. It is so clean and well cared for. My husband and I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every second. So close to downtown and green lake. We really enjoyed the rooftop and views. And the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything you might need. Highly recommend!
