With approximately 1,829 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the third offers a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.
The open living and dining area with integrated kitchen creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
The outdoor area is designed to make the most of the Florida climate. The south-facing terrace offers a heated pool with integrated hot tub, ensuring plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Sun loungers and a covered seating area with gas grill create the perfect setting for relaxing days and outdoor dining.
The private boat dock is located directly behind the villa, allowing you to moor a rented boat and start your trips on the water with ease. Thanks to the Gulf access, you can reach open water in a short time by boat.
The villa is situated in a quiet yet central area. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, as well as golf and tennis facilities are all within a short drive.
For exploring the area, two bicycles are available.
