Welcome to your perfect vacation destination! This newly furnished 4-bedroom villa in Cape Coral, Florida is a dream come true for families and couples looking for a luxurious retreat. You`ll never want to leave the electric heated saltwater pool or the boat dock where you can explore the beautiful waterways. The villa is spacious and comfortable, with four bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Whether you want to spend your days relaxing or seeking adventure, this villa is the ideal choice.
Please note that we charge $0.20 / kwh for the electricity used during your stay, with an average consumption of $20.00/day.
Please also note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and the renter must be present during the entire stay. We strictly enforce this policy and require a valid Driver`s License and/or State ID for all bookings. Any guests under the age of 25 will not be allowed to book a reservation.
We regret to inform you that this property is NOT pet friendly. If we find an unauthorized pet on the premises, the renter will be asked to remove the pet immediately and will be charged a Non-Refundable fee of $500 (in some cases, up to $1,000).
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa. If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.
We provide our guests with some basic consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. However, guests are responsible for their own additional supplies. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for their trip.
In addition to our cancellation policy, please be aware that there is a processing fee of $100.00 for all cancellations. This amount will be deducted from the deposit that was paid.

Everything was great. Michael was very helpful and imformative.
There were some cockroaches in the kitchen area so we informed Michael about them. This house is oustanding except for cockroaches.

We had a nice stay at the Villa. The pool was well used by our kids. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels, cooler and pretty much everything we needed for the days we spent at the beach. The manager was friendly and explained things well. There were a few things that were disappointing to us about this house. The kitchen was not well stocked for a family of 6. There were no 9x13 dishes, no sheet pans, very limited spices etc. The house also lacked games for adults or children; maybe because of COVID they had all been removed? I'm not sure. The house was pretty clean other than for cockroaches; mostly in the kitchen area. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful being right on the canal, however it was about a 40-60min drive to any of the nice beaches.
