The apartment is in one of the older and authentic neighborhoods in Sarajevo, with a bakery and small grocery stores nearby. It is 20-minute walk to the old town, and the yellow fortress and Kovaci cemetery are nearby. It is a bit of an uphill walk back to the apartment, but then you don't have to feel guilty for indulging in shortbread or baklava! :) I appreciated the location because I felt it showed me part of authentic Sarajevo. Our walking tour guide said: In Sarajevo, we live on the hills. We go to the city for work or school. But we live on the hills.

Si trova a pochi minuti dalla città vecchia. Si trova in posizione panoramica, quindi potrebbe essere scomoda la salita a piedi, ma i taxi sono molto economici, quindi la sera ne abbiamo sempre usufruito. A pochi passi c'è un bar, una panetteria, due o tre piccoli negozi di alimentari. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Appartamento con cortile privato, molto gradito per ai fumatori 🙂.
L'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Forse farei trovare qualche prodotto da bagno in più e magari un detergente per pulire il bagno e la cucina.
