Apartments Old Town

Really comfortable flat with great facilities and outdoor space.

It is a big hill that you walk up! But you can get a taxi or bus.

The code was sent on the day before our arrival and it was easy to collect from the coded box. The house was in a quiet location and it was close to the old town and public transport. The host was quick to respond to messages and resolved issues quickly.

Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin die sehr aufmerksam war. Die Lage ist gut: Lebensmittel, Bushaltestelle, Café, Bäcker und ein Imbiss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wofür die Vermieterin nichts kann ist die Situation mit Parkplätzen. Das ist schon eine Herausforderung. Aber dafür kann sie ja Nix.

The apartment is in one of the older and authentic neighborhoods in Sarajevo, with a bakery and small grocery stores nearby. It is 20-minute walk to the old town, and the yellow fortress and Kovaci cemetery are nearby. It is a bit of an uphill walk back to the apartment, but then you don't have to feel guilty for indulging in shortbread or baklava! :) I appreciated the location because I felt it showed me part of authentic Sarajevo. Our walking tour guide said: In Sarajevo, we live on the hills. We go to the city for work or school. But we live on the hills.
