So so good. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city with many bus lines very close, great cafe right on the front door. Host was friendly and helpful throughout stay and very clear with key instructions at checkin/departure. WiFi very good. You get a fridge, hob and cutlery.
Nothing really but they don't take digital payments - you'll need to get some cash from an ATM nearby but be warned of the €6-7 bank fee for withdrawing money!

Location was perfect. Host was extremely accomodating and helpful.
The second-hand cigarette smoke is pretty strong, especially in the interior hallway that has the 3 apartments. Even some of the clean linens/towels smelled of smoke.

The hotel was in the centre of the old town- great spot.
Very close to cafes and eateries.
The host : Sanel was fantastic to deal with - very prompt with responses
Issue with the bathroom shower that was fixed upon communication with host.
No lifts - just stairs so be mindful of this.
I arrived late at night - maybe adequate lighting near keypad ( to extract the keys to the apartment).
