Only slight drawback related to the central heating. It was on auto with instructions not to change but only came on twice a day for two hours. We had to override the timing but could not up the temperature.

Great, quiet, location just off Sidmouth high street and easy walk to sea. Dedicated parking bay.
Would be better if basic foods, such as salt and pepper, oil etc could be left for next renter.
