Mit Schimmel befallene feuchte Wände in einem der Schlafzimmer. Verschimmelte und damit nicht nutzbare Sonnenliegen und Wäscheständer. Kein Toaster vorhanden.

For everything you need to do you must use the car .. If happened to be windy it will last at least 3 days and will be very strong wind .

I can only say that the villa exceeded our exceptions! We didn't know what to expect as we have always stayed in hotels for the family holidays. However as the kids got older we found that hotels was abit restrictive. We picked this property due to the short distance to a lovely beach. And it is only a 5 mins walk. The beach is incredible! The host was fantastic. He was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us everything the villa have to offer. It has all the amenities that you would need for a holiday. All room is air conditioned and everything is clean and new. The beds are comfortable and can fit a family of 4 easily. The host even invited us for a bbq in Pula (20 mins drive) and he is a great cook ;) He is very polite and also check with you if they need to visit the villa during our stay for things like garden work or weekly house clean. In terms of house rules is also pretty relaxed. If you treat the villa like how you treat your own family home then everything should be fine. The only surprise we had since we came from a colder country is ants! They get everywhere if you leave any crumbs around, so make sure everything is wiped down after you eat. Only eat in the kitchen / dinning area to keep the food area small so is easier to clean. In terms of getting around. If you are only there for a few days and just want to relax and absorb whats close by, you might not even need a hire car. The beach is 5 mins walk away, the closest market is 15 mins walk. And there are 3 nice restaurants within that distance also. But if you have smaller kids maybe is just easier to hire a car. We had a great time as a family and have made alot of good memories. We will certainly be back.

Nothing, when picking a place there is always a element of luck. We got very lucky!

The location close to the best beaches in Chia. The wonderful garden, in fact a fruit orchard, around the house. The space to eat and sit outside. The fact that the house is brand new. The simple and tasteful decoration. The privacy and silence (the music from the close by restaurant stopped at 10 and didn't bother us). The functional and well equipped kitchen. And last but not least Giampaolo's welcome and availability. Best place I have been recently.
