Beachfront house located in Santa Margherita di Pula, with direct access to the Bernardini beach.
This chalet is located in Perla Marina . Residential area on the sea with exclusive access to the owners or residents of the homes . It is certainly the most beautiful and quiet around the coast of Pula, wide beach with white sand , clear sea that , given the location is not subject to the presence of algae. Location ideal for a family with children. The fellowship consists of seven parallel avenues that all go to the sea, with a single access from the SS 195 to 40,000 km closed by an electric gate . A short distance you will find the essential services such as markets , fishmonger, butcher , newsagent , bars, restaurants and pizzerias, reachable on foot through internal roads .

To reach the town of Santa Margherita di Pula you should get to Cagliari , plane or ferry , and then follow the SS 195 in the direction of Teulada. Reaching Pula proceed again for a few miles until you reach the fork in the road turning left leads to S. Margherita di Pula .
The resort is well positioned on the western side of the Gulf of Cagliari. The climate here is dry and sunny in the summer , and the orientation of the beach is conducive to families , and allows you to have the sea quite calm even during episodes of mistral , much appreciated by windsurfers and kitesurfers . The maximum temperatures reach around 30 ° C but are made bearable by the regime of breezes that generally is established along the coast. Even in winter, the climate here is mild and moderately sunny.

Ein kleines aber sehr feines Häuschen mit allem was es braucht. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind nicht zu toppen. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen. War perfekt für uns mit Kindern und Hund.

Haus ist direkt am Meer gelegen. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Es hat einen sehr grossen und tollen Aussenbereich mit neuer Terasse und Holzstühlen. Von den Schlafzimmern aus kann man aus dem Bett den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die Küche hat alles was man so braucht.
