The apartment is spacious and beautifully located in the heart of Alghero’s Old Town. One of our favorite things was the five windows overlooking the city and the sea. We especially loved watching the sunsets and sailboats in the evenings and seeing how the view changed throughout the day. Francesco and Maria played a wonderful part in helping us discover Alghero and Sardinia. Their recommendations for restaurants, beaches, shopping, and places to explore helped us experience so much more of the area during our month-long stay. Some of our favorite discoveries included Spiaggia La Pelosa, Spiaggia di Porto Ferro, Cala Mariolu, Spiaggia del Lazzaretto, and Spiaggia di Cea, as well as wonderful meals at Trattoria Lo Romanì and Osteria Bene Meda. Exploring these beautiful beaches and enjoying the local restaurants, Sardinian wines, and desserts gave us some wonderful memories of our time in Sardinia. The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it very comfortable for an extended stay. It has two large bedrooms and three bathrooms, which gave us plenty of room. The chef’s kitchen was especially impressive—large, well equipped with high-quality appliances, and a pleasure to cook in. There was so much space that we could easily imagine preparing a meal for ten people. The apartment also has a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and air conditioning in each room, all of which were especially appreciated during a longer stay. Having such a comfortable and well-equipped apartment made our meals at home feel like part of the vacation. The location really made the experience special. We could walk right outside the apartment and be surrounded by the restaurants, cafés, shops, and lively streets of Alghero’s Old Town. After a day of exploring, we could return to the comfort of the apartment and take in the beautiful views of the sea and city from the windows. Everything about it. The cleanliness, perfectly equipped, amazing location (at the heart of the historical center of the city), and the unmatched responsiveness and welcoming spirit of the owner. We felt at home. 10 out of 10.

Un bellissimo appartamento di notevoli dimensioni, ampio salone vista mare,tre bagni e 2 camere da letto… pieno centro storico! arredato e attrezzato per vivere una piacevolissima vacanza! Consigliatissimo!

The host was extremely kind. Francesco went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We got some fresh food treats on our arrival as we came in on a late flight, and we got really helpful advice about how to get around and what to do while there. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had lots of additional extras to make it so enjoyable. The location is fantastic and the beds were extremely comfortable. The views are fantastic and it is very spacious. We were travelling in a group of 5 and had plenty of room.

Nothing. It’s a climb up some stairs as others have mentioned but we didn’t mind that.
