Coming for the second time, 10/10

Everything was just amazing. This is the second time we’re coming to Lipa and everything is absolutely amazing. This is a quiet, perfect, pet friendly place where you can rest and enjoy. You can barbecue and go to their spa. The houses are specious and extra clean. Hosts are perfect, only nice things to say about them. I’m traveling a lot, these days domestically in Serbia, and there’s not a lot of places where I come back. For this one, we’re gonna come back for the third time too for sure.

Don't think twice, this place is worth it

This place is absolutely amazing, it exceeded our expectations. - The host is very welcoming and approachable. - The location is great, the view is amazing, you can easily find the place. It's 30 minutes from AVA shopping center, also 5 minutes from the center of Sopot. And most importantly, 10 minutes from the Kosmaj mountain top. All by car. - There is just enough privacy from the hosts and from the place itself. There are 3 houses in one line, which in the images can seem like there won't be much privacy, but it's exactly the opposite. The house has huge windows which give you the open space feel, but still it's private because there's nothing in front of your house. Perfect for couples and for families as well. - The place was very well equipped with everything you need for a short, and even a long stay. The only think that they don't have is the oven, but they have a microwave, which is similar. Everything else you can imagine - they have. They have free Netflix and you can even rewind the TV channels, so you can watch anything from like 200 channels that exist. - We were looking for a pet-friendly place, and our dog enjoyed the stay. There's a lot of space for running and playing. - We didn't use the spa, but I'm sure the next time we come, we will try it out. It's a separate house that you get fully for yourself when you book it. - Last but not least, everything was VERY VERY CLEAN. Spotless.

Great

We had a perfect stay at Lipa house. The property has a very good location, provides a magnificent view from the hill. Interior and inner space is very modern and functional. There is quite spacious living room and 2 bedrooms, which makes it perfect for holidays with children. Bathroom is also well equipped and provides everything one needs. We stayed during winter time and noticed that floor heating provided very comfortable temperature all over the house - probably it is the best option for heating we ever experienced. During our visit to nearby Kosmaj it was foggy and the whole area looked very mysterious. It was a kind of Twin Peaks atmosphere there so we really adored it. I should say it exceeded our expectations probably because Serbia looked very different and mysterious that day.

The apartment was great. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is with a beautiful view. Everything was clearly explained and easy to use, from getting to the location to the guide for restaurants and some activities nearby.

We don't have anything that we didn't like about our stay at Lipa houses.

The perfect place to recharge!

LIPA house was more than we expected! It is close to Belgrade (half an hour by car), yet completely surrounded by nature with a beautiful view! It's peaceful, relaxing and comfortable - everything you could want for a city escape! The hosts were friendly and helpful, they gave us plenty of ideas on what to do in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend the place!

Веома лепе велике куће са дивним погледом са тераса. Тихо и зелено, али на пар минута вожње колима - Сопот са свим продавницама и пијацом. Брзо можете стићи до споменика партизанима Космаје. Величанствена сауна са ђакузијем! И, наравно, огромне прелепе липе.

Schöne Unterkunft, toller Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne.

Die Anlage mit drei Häusern ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Häuser sind alle gleich geschnitten, nur die Einrichtung variiert. Das Haus war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einzig könnten ein paar mehr Teller in der Küche sein, dann müsste die Spülmaschine nicht täglich laufen. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und mit dem Verwalter war super nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort und fanden beide Aufenthalte super. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊.

Чистый, новый дом. Много посуды. Классная гора со снегом, где дети катались на ледянках. Есть камин. Близко от Белграда. Все идеально!
